Nikhil Upreti unveiled the trailer for his new film "Acharya" at a Kathmandu event Saturday.
The trailer showcases elaborate fight choreography while hinting at deeper themes of justice, technology and spirituality.
This movie is the returning of Upreti in an expanded action role following his 2015 comeback hit "Bhairav."
Upreti directs, produces, writes and stars in the film, which also features debuting actress Purnika Sijapati alongside South Indian and Bollywood actors.
The movie is scheduled to be released on September 25, 2026 .
