Brighton demolished reigning champions Arsenal 3-0 at the Amex Stadium on Saturday, their biggest defeat since becoming Premier League champions.
Pascal Groß opened the scoring in the 31st minute, Charalampos Kostoulas doubled it just before halftime, and Chema Andrés headed in a third just before the hour marking his first Premier League start.
This is the third straight season Brighton have beaten the reigning Premier League champions at home, following wins over Manchester City in 2024-25 and Liverpool in 2025-26.
The result climbed Brighton to third in the table and confirmed them as the league's leading scorers this season with 16 goals in five games the most by any team through five matches since Manchester City's 19 in 2022-23.
